Chronicles of The Moon: Third Night

Okay, it’s a week behind schedule but chapter 3 is out. With that the story has reached 4000 words, half the word count of a novella, so in commemoration I would like to ask for your input on the story thus far: What do you like? What don’t you like? What should I take into consideration for the upcoming chapters and so on…

I look forward to all of your wonderful input 🙂

  1. I really enjoyed your story so far. In particular, I liked the “top-down” approach to world building, meaning that you start with the larger cosmic entities or deities, creating a conflict among them, before bringing it “down to earth” so that, right off the bat, you know what is at stake. This also injects a certain degree of mysticism and primordiality into the aura surrounding the events that transpire. I think that this approach works very well with the relatively quick pacing of your story.
